Repair Decayed Teeth
Fillings
If you suspect that you have one or more cavities, we offer composite, tooth-colored fillings. These fillings are made from durable dental resin and they can be matched to the color of your surrounding teeth perfectly, which helps keep your smile looking its best after it has been repaired. Compared to metal-amalgam fillings, composite fillings have a stronger hold and they often require the removal of less enamel. For these reasons, Dr. Duncan prefers to use composite materials for all dental fillings at Spring Smiles.
Protect Damaged Teeth
Dental Crowns
If you have a tooth that has been broken by oral trauma or serious decay, a dental crown can be used to repair its form and function. We offer lab-made crowns that are designed to protect the structure of your tooth by covering up your remaining enamel all the way down to the gum line. By doing so, crowns restore the natural appearance and function of your bite. With dental crowns, you can save your teeth and protect them from further harm.
Replace Missing Teeth
Full & Partial Dentures
If you are missing a number of your natural teeth, partial dentures from Spring Smiles may be right for you. Partial dentures are made of metal and plastic, and they are designed to hold a false tooth in place by attaching to your surrounding healthy teeth.
For those who are missing most or all of their natural teeth, full-arch dentures may be a better option. Full-arch dentures fit directly over your gums and they are held in place by friction. This means that any remaining natural teeth must be extracted before a patient can have their full-arch dentures made. For this reason, we only recommend full-arch dentures for those who are missing most or all of their teeth.
Relieve Your Pain
Benefits of Restorative Care
Restorative treatments will give you relief from any pain and discomfort caused by a damaged tooth. Getting restorative care as soon as you notice a dental issue will also ensure that you avoid more complicated dental issues in the future. With our optimal results, your teeth will function perfectly and look beautiful after treatment.
After any restorative treatment, whether it's a crown, composite fillings, or cosmetic we always recommend an occlusal guard to help protect your investment. An occlusal guard helps prevent from grinding and reduces the risk of damaging your restorative work. Our guards are BPA-, metal-, and acrylic-free and available in clear, blue and pink.
